1. Smooth eyebrows

Focus of attention: forehead

Place the fingertips in the center of the forehead and make a raking movement outward, to the edges of the forehead. Repeat 4 times.

2. Relax wrinkles

Focus of attention: eyebrows, forehead

Circle the eyebrows with your fingers along the contour and pull them apart from each other, to the outer corners. Hold in this position and repeat twice.

3. Healthy glow

Focus of attention: cheeks

Gently pinch your cheeks to stimulate the skin, hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 6 times - pinch your cheeks in different places.

4. Neck contour

Focus of attention: neck

Turn your head to the right, to the right shoulder, hold for 6 seconds and repeat to the other side.

5. Youth century

Focus of attention: neck

Place the index fingers under the eyes in the direction of the nose, look up and pat your eyelashes often. Repeat no longer than 30 seconds.

6. Chubby lips

Focus of attention: lips, chin

Tilt your head back and kiss the heavens loudly 10 times. Do 10 times and repeat the entire cycle two more times.

7. Cheeks like a peach

Focus of attention: cheeks

Inflate your cheeks as hard as you can, gently tapping them for 30 seconds. Relax and repeat.

8. Elastic jaw line

Focus of attention: lower lip, chin

Place your chin on the back of your hands and push it up. Hold for 3 cycles of breathing, release and repeat.
