Immune Kundalini Yoga Technique

"Breath 10" gives freedom from disease, activates the lymphatic and immune systems.

We introduce you to short and effective techniques from leading teachers of the first online Kundalini Yoga festival "Power of Presence", which will be held from December 1 to 3 right at your place. Amritnam Kaur (USA) shares her practice, devoting her teacher's path to educating women in their health, including breast cancer prevention.

"Breath 10" gives freedom from disease, activates the lymphatic and immune systems.

  1. Sit in a simple pose or in a chair with a straight spine
  2. The elbows are bent to the side, palms in front of the heart center at a distance of 10 cm from each other. Start sharply spread your arms apart and sharply bring them together, like a butoh want to clap your hands, but stop your hands at the same distance in front of you, without touching each other
  3. Move slowly and rhythmically and concentrate on the energy between your hands
  4. Breathing - 5 sub-breaths through the nose and 5 sub-breaths through the mouth. For each movement of the hands to the center, one sub-breath or sub-breath
  5. Continue for 3-11 minutes.
  6. At the end - inhale, hold your breath and hold your hands to your face for 20 seconds, exhale. Inhale, hold your breath and hold your hands to your heart for 20 seconds, exhale. Inhale, hold your breath and hold your hands to the navel for 20 seconds, exhale and relax.
